When does the next term start?
Smooth Latin Groove courses generally are held in eigth week blocks for Latin Foundation and seven week blocks for Focus Courses with a new course beginning every eight weeks. The next course start dates are;
2010
Block 5: Starts the week of 30th August
Block 6: Starts the week of 25th October

Can I join a class mid-way through a term?
To receive maximum benefit from our curriculum, it's best to start at the beginning of the course. However, you may be able to get started within week 2 of a course. If we are in the middle of a course, a private session can be organized to catch you up. During the private session we will make sure that you don't miss anything and can comfortably enter your course.

Who can I talk to about the right class for me?
The team at Smooth Latin Groove are happy to talk to you about your interest in SLG dance classes. Please contact us on 3848 2001

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that you feel good in and that also give you room to move. Good fitting shoes that are held securely on your foot (with little or even no heel to start) is the best way to go.

Do I need to have a partner?

You can come alone or as part of a couple.

Special Requirements?
No. Just yourself and a sense of humour.

Who does it?

Will I get an opportunity to practice?

Cath
What I'm loving about the Samba class at the moment is learning combinations and transitions, and your energy in which you teach it with!

I am really loving your course. I have learned so much from you in such a short time and I really like your style of samba. Your teaching style is fantastic. I wish I could have done the courses prior to this one. I will definitely be enrolling in your next course.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm really enjoying your Samba performance course as well, and love the fun, easy-going (yet challenging!) flow of each class. I especially loved the addition of the intro to belly-dancing thanks to Cath and how we're always learning new little bits of choreo every week. Plus your Samba style is beautiful, and you're just such a lovely, graceful teacher!

The only problems with your class Mishel is that they are too short!!!
