If you are not delighted with your first-ever Smooth Latin Groove class, you may cancel within 24 hours of completing the class for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

COURSES are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Each course timetable and fees are valid only for the duration of each block of classes enrolled in and are subject to change each block at Smooth Latin Groove’s discretion and without notice.
As our courses are progressive, they are unable to be transferred from either person to person, or block to block.
Classes continue as normal on all public holidays including Easter.
On adding your e-mail address to your Enrollment form you will be added into our newsletter database. You may ask to have it removed at anytime.
If you have given us your mobile number we will be sending you SMS reminders and special offers for courses that you are enrolled in. You may ask to have it removed at anytime
Group class duration is 1 hour.
Class Numbers are restricted and places are filled on a first come first served basis. Booking are essential as class numbers and ratios are monitored. Enrollments are accepted subject to class ratios at the time.
If you miss more than two weeks of classes you will need to complete a private class before rejoining your course.
All students must obtain competency before moving to the next level. All bookings are only accepted at a level guided by SLG instructors or below.
Group classes will involve a rotation of dance partners on a regular basis.

Catch up classes may be possible but are not guaranteed:
It is a student's responsibility to attend the courses enrolled in. Catch Up classes may be available but there is NO GUARANTEE, so please do not rely on this backup to avoid disappointment. Catch ups may be possible in either a class at the same level or a class in an appropriate level below. Catch up classes are subject to the availability of space/ratio in a student's relevant class or levels below. It is essential to pre-book a catch up class. Catch up classes are non-transferable and not refundable.

Payment terms:
Full course payment is due when booking your class. You may choose to pay a deposit of 50 per cent of your total course fees. A part payment will incur a $10 administration fee. All fees are to be finalized when you attend your first class.

Method of payment:
You may secure your course using cash, cheque, money order, Visa, BankCard, MasterCard , payment may be made by secure telephone facilities for Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard. You may request a receipt.

Private classes are pre-paid at the time of the booking. Cancellations are only accepted if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

CD’s and music downloads are held at Amazon and CD Baby. Delivery charges are advised at time of ordering.

Privacy Policy

Online Payments
Smooth Latin Groove Australia uses a third-party credit card transaction gateway provided by eWay to process your credit card transactions via the EFTPOS banking network. This payment option uses 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card details are not stored by Smooth Latin Groove.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

On the credit card transaction system, several screens appear during the payment process. Your order will not be finalized until you confirm your order details and click the "Process Order" button at the end of the ordering process. You will then be presented with a success or failure message.

While Smooth Latin Groove takes utmost care in the security of your data on our systems, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your personal information or loss of or corruption of data caused by any computer virus or Trojan or via any system from an Internet Service Provider linking your computer system with ours.
