Smooth Latin Groove Australia uses a third-party credit card transaction gateway provided by eWay to process your credit card transactions via the EFTPOS banking network. This payment option uses 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card details are not stored by Smooth Latin Groove.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST.

On the credit card transaction system, several screens appear during the payment process. Your order will not be finalized until you confirm your order details and click the "Process Order" button at the end of the ordering process.  You will then be presented with a ‘success’ or ‘failure’ message.

- Smooth Latin Groove is not responsible for any damage which may occur during shipping.

- Incomplete shipping information will result in delivery delays and additional shipping charges

- Overseas buyers may have to pay Import Duties upon receiving the goods.

All Smooth Latin Groove Shop items are Non Refundable. 

1. Item Return is made within 20 days from the date of invoice.

2. Original receipt is returned with the item(s).

3. Item must be sent to us postage paid

4. Return postage must be included so goods can be returned to you.

5. Return items will not be accepted without prior approval from Smooth Latin Groove. To obtain approval for returning merchandise, email us at info@smoothlatingroove.com.au for your authorisation.

6. All sale items and/or specials are Non-Returnable.
