Smooth Latin Groove is excited to announce its new Salsa Performance Course – over 14 weeks, with a minimum of 14 x 1 hour sessions and additional sessions scheduled towards the end of the course.
Air-Conditioned & Mirrored Studio with Spring Wooden floor and gym floor mats to allow for all sessions to be undertaken in maximum safety.
Opportunity to perform at local National & International Events!

Salsa Performance Course Class begins Tuesday 23rd March at 8:30pm
PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE IS ONLY FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO COMPLETED THE SALSA PERFORMANCE COURSE AUDITION.
Elements covered will include:
Posture – Technique - Stage Craft – Expression – Balance – Dance Lines
During the course, the students will receive intense group and personal attention from their instructors to ensure that they focus on specific areas requiring improvement. This is a great chance for you to improve your dance style and technique dramatically, whilst learning essential performance skills, designed to make you stand out on the stage and on the dance floor.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Ian & Helen have performed and taught at International events, such as Sydney Salsa Congress, Hong Kong Salsa Festival and India International Salsa Congress, as well as Australia’s top Latin Dance events. They have travelled to South America, North America, and Europe to further their dance training. Some of their recent national appearances include Caliente Latin Fiesta, Australia Salsa Classic, and Darling Harbour Latin Fiesta. Their teaching focuses on lines and aesthetics of dance through a technical approach, while conveying the all important connection with your partner and the music. Ian and Helen's past achievements include:
