I felt the Ladies Latin was really good! It focused on the way the ladies move in certain dance styles which helped in my Salsa and Zouk lessons.

I really enjoy the time you take to do stretching. I found my flexibility is noticeably increasing. Also, thoroughly enjoying the music, as I love reggaeton! But even other latin music is very energetic, and different all the time.
