Born in Rio de Janeiro, Samba No Pe is the heart and soul of Brazilian dance. Thousands of people attend the annual Carnaval, dancing non-stop Samba through the night. Learn to move your body and shake your hips like Brazilians do during the Carnival! Vibrant Samba No Pe' is loads of fun and a great workout, with fast footwork, energised hip movement and non-stop dancing. This high energy dance will have you laughing while you sweat and work out! Fabulous instructor Mishel has trained with the Queens of the Carnival parade in Rio de Janeiro and has her own professional Samba group 'Sambalicious'. This course has been added by popular demand. Cover Latin Foundation at twice the normal pace! 4 x 1.2 hour sessions will cover the fundamentals of Zouk & Salsa. At completion you will then be able to continue in Salsa Focus 2 or Zouk Focus 2! You will need to have some previous dance experience or be a fast study!
