Ladies Latin Dance Classes

Learn to dance, make friends, get fit and lose weight with SLG’s exciting New Ladies Latin dance programs!

New Ladies Body Movement and Styling!
This class is designed for ladies wishing to improve their current Latin dance skills. The course focuses on body isolation and control, turning and balance techniques, and rhythm and co-ordination. Styles covered include Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Bachata, Zouk, Reggaeton and a little bit of Belly dance to get your hips moving! Each session is 50 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down with stretching to improve your flexibility, activities to improve your core strength and mobility, and styling tips to make you stand out on the dance floor!  Pre-requisite: Ladies Latin Foundation or similar - no partner required!

You will be more in touch with your body and how it moves than ever before!

 The Sydney Salsa Congress is an internationally recognized event that brings together more than 4000 dancers for a four days of dance celebration.

We have been attending your classes for about 6 months and we just need to tell you how much we enjoy them.
We have made so many friends, the teachers and assistants are great, and the lessons are easy to follow. We have also attended a few workshops and dance nights and they are so much fun.
The "Rueda" workshop has been the highlight so far as it's so addictive.
Latin dancing has given us zest and passion into what can be sometimes the grind of everyday life and for that we thank you.
